Cxoice (https://cxoice.com) is our end-to-end market research survey platform, providing an open and extendible set of research and insight management tools for creating questionnaires, collecting data and automating analysis and presentations.

Cxoice delivers surveys from basics to advanced, with a fast and easy questionnaire editor with a quick-start Questionnaire Wizard for beginners up to full piping, routing and calculations for advanced users.

With more than 50 question types from the simple to advanced and innovative approaches including thumb-up-thumbs-down unforced ratings, click to rank and conjoint analysis designs, Cxoice also allows for page customisation for control over survey look-and-feel.

The questionnaires can be used online, on phone, or standalone, and can be integrated into websites as data collection methods for things like automated quote generators, or on-page feedback.

For research agencies, Cxoice offers full CATI and WATI options and is available as a private server installation on our CxoiceResearch cluster (https://cxoiceresearch.com) such as https://ba.cxoiceresearch.com or https://fci.cxoiceresearch.com.

For insight managers, Cxoice is organised into projects and can be used to store and share documents in addition to data collection and reporting. All areas have permission-controlled access, allowing for controlled team-based use, with built-in communication tools and calendars for project management.

Research analysis is automated, both for the creation of tabulations and charts with exports to Excel and Powerpoint, but also with live-data presentations using the Cxoice presentation system which both generates charts and allows for instant data-drill downs, or filtered or tailored reporting.
